This monthly Aerial Flow workshop is for students who have been practicing aerial yoga consistently for several months and are looking to take their practice to new heights. Featuring a small class size and a supportive and fun atmosphere, we will “test” out and explore more challenging postures together.

We’ll begin with brief centering and a focused warm-up, aiming to prepare our bodies and minds for the practice ahead. Each workshop will focus on a peak pose, transition, or key skill students will work towards.

Students should arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for fitting and pay special consideration to the Aerial FAQ’s so they are best prepared for class.

Previous aerial yoga experience required to attend this workshop. Limited spaces available.
