And when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you achieve it.

Tracy Devine is a 200-hour (RYT200) and pregnancy (RPYT) yoga teacher, offering alignment-based yoga on the mat, in the air, and on a SUP, floating the water. Teaching yoga since 2013, Tracy approaches her classes with a focus on light-hearted play. In aerial yoga, she uses the silks to deepen the expression of many familiar yoga poses, while cultivating a zest for Lila (Hindu for divine play).  On the water, Tracy marries her love of the outdoors with a fun, accessible yoga practice. Her teaching style is uniquely personal, and she welcomes students of all levels.

Tracy has two children, Keller and Maya. She enjoys sharing her sense of adventure with them - climbing, hiking, and stand-up paddle boarding together whenever they can. When Tracy is not teaching, she works as an independent consultant, advising non-profit organizations on fundraising, event planning, and communications.  You can read more about her work with her firm, Devine Solutions, at www.devinesolutionsconsulting.com.

Along with her primary RYT200 and RPYT certifications, Tracy is a certified Aerial Yoga teacher. She has completed the “Baby Om” yoga teacher training for newborns and their caregivers, and the “Yoga and Mindfulness for Children” training offered through ChildLight Yoga. She also holds a certificate in TRX Suspension Training, a World Paddle Association Level 1 Paddlers certificate, and is a certified SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga instructor. Most recently, Tracy was certified as a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner and has completed additional study in teaching Yin Yoga. She continues to explore the practice- always looking for opportunities to learn and grow.
