Earth Day Yoga Class to Benefit Blue Water Baltimore

Join Tracy Devine, RYT200, RPYT for a Community Earth Day Class outside THE Pearl, overlooking beautiful Lake Kittamaquindi in all its springtime splendor.

This class will feature an uplifting yoga practice, drawing on nature-based themes and grounding poses that connect us to the natural world. Let’s celebrate Mother Earth together!

A limited number of mats and props will be available, but students should bring their own if possible. Since class will be hosted outdoors, students should plan accordingly with weather-appropriate clothing. Class is suited for all levels, and beginners are encouraged and welcomed.

A portion of your fees for this class will be donated to the Blue Water Baltimore, an organization close to Tracy’s heart. Blue Water Baltimore is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to restore the quality of Baltimore’s rivers, streams, and Harbor to foster a healthy environment, a strong economy, and thriving communities.

This class will teach gentle stretching and movement techniques for baby to promote healthy digestion, enhance bonding, and improve sleep. Caregivers will learn breathing and meditation techniques to cultivate patience and enhance relaxation. A wonderful opportunity to meet other parents and caregivers in the community, get support, and share resources.

Please bring a receiving blanket for baby. No prior yoga experience needed. To ensure an intimate class experience, we ask that caregivers refrain from bringing siblings outside of the age range.
