Join Tracy Devine for a playful SUP Yoga class that incorporates alignment-based poses, guided meditation, and pranayama (breath work). Students will gain strength and balance and leave class with an open heart and a calm mind.
Class is suited for both beginners and experienced SUP yogis alike, whether you are new to paddling, yoga, or both! A basic introduction to paddling will be given at the beginning of each class.
After the practice, we’ll paddle in and share a delicious cold brew coffee from local favorite, Rise Up! Roasters.
Registration is $30 and includes your paddleboard rental, PFD, paddle, and of course - your Rise Up! cold brew!
