Join Tracy for a quiet and calm SUP Yin yoga practice, focused on stretching the fascia and connective tissue and compressing the joints to help students achieve greater flexibility, increased circulation, joint health, and a sense of inner peace. During our longer pose holds (3-5 minutes each), your guided breath and the water will gently rock you deeper into each stretch. This meditative and tranquil practice is suitable for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling refreshed and focused. A basic introduction to paddling will be given at the beginning of each class.
After our practice, we’ll paddle in and share a delicious can of Rowdy Mermaid (non-alcoholic) kombucha – one of Tracy’s favorites!
